From the Bean.
We are BeanBar — Saudi Arabia's first bean-to-bar artisan chocolate workshop, built by hand in Al-Khobar, Eastern Province.
We begin at the very beginning:
with raw cacao beans, sourced directly from the farms that grow them — in Ghana, Vietnam, and Cameroon — and we transform them, step by deliberate step, into something that tastes like nowhere else on earth.
We don't buy chocolate and melt it. We don't repackage imported couverture in pretty wrappers.
Bean-to-bar is different. It means we control every stage of production ourselves — roasting, cracking, winnowing, grinding, conching, tempering, and molding — all within our workshop.

To transform natural cacao beans — through genuine handcraft — into pure chocolate, free from anything artificial, and to offer it with full transparency to everyone who deserves to know what they eat.
